Essex County Hospice Care
In collaboration with several hospice providers, Inglemoor provides inpatient hospice services. Inglemoor’s focus has always been to maintain comfort and dignity for all residents at all times, and this particular stage in life is no exception. Coordinating with hospice has given the facility the tools necessary to hold training in-services for the staff, to assess the medical and emotional needs of residents, and to provide a strong support system for their families. The interdisciplinary team works with hospice staff and families to create a care plan unique for each resident.
